Life Stories used word games, poetry, photopoetics, music and other
creative activities to help seniors aged 65 to 94 honor their unique
life experiences, cope with strong emotions, bear witness to their identities,
and preserve memories. Calligraphy Workshop explored the stress-reducing
and expressive possibilities of artful handwriting through fun and creative
